Yes — every product is made by hand in small batches in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, using traditional herbs such as manjistha, avarampoo and kuppaimeni rather than mass production.
No — our soaps, facepacks and lip balms are made without parabens, SLS or artificial colours, and contain no synthetic preservatives.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. From dispatch, Tamil Nadu addresses arrive in 3–5 business days via ST Courier, and the rest of India in 7–10 business days via India Post. For international delivery, message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
Shipping is calculated from your PIN code and shown before you pay — it depends on where you're shipping to and your parcel's weight, with free delivery on larger orders.
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number within 24 hours of delivery, along with a complete, unedited unboxing video — that's mandatory proof for every return, damage or missing-item claim. The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging; once opened or used it can't be returned. Once we've verified your claim, we process a refund as applicable.
